Tim Thornberry, Board of Directors President
Tim is a financial planner with an office in Suwanee. Tim was a platoon sergeant with the Marines, serving in Iraq.He is the service officer to the American Legion Post 251 in Duluth, coordinating benefits and assisting veterans in need.

George Rhode, Board of Directors Vice President
George had been a resident of Gwinnett since 1980. He was medically retired from the Army in 1975. He is a full time community volunteer and can be found working on many fundraisers in the Duluth area.
Renie Vics, Board of Directors Treasurer
Renie is a retired nurse with a long history of community service. She splits her time between
Duluth GA and Albany NY. She is the proud mother of 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Maegan Lujan, Board of Directors Secretary
Maegan is a Document Management Consultant with Docufree Corporate. She has lived in the Gwinnett community for 5 years and was introduced to SOF Gwinnett through Karen Love the Founder. She has a strong desire to help the disabled vets in the Gwinnett Community. Maegan helps the SOFG team with Marketing and Website design/content management.

Alice Hoskins
Alice is a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners in Gwinnett County. She heads up the housing committee. She is the mother of two grown children and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, Homeless shelters, Relay for Life,Hands on Atlanta, and as a Christian Missionary.
Jesse Vics
Jesse received an honorable discharge from the Air Force in 1962. He is a retired doctor with a long list of community service projects. He is wearing many hats for Sentinels of Freedom –Gwinnett, one of them being the man in charge of PR.
Linda Adams
Linda has recently retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Col. She served as a flight nurse during Desert Storm. She is presently a case worker at St. Joseph’s hospital. She has lived in Lawrenceville for the last 3 years which has allowed her to enjoy her grandchildren on a regular basis.
